Happy Wednesday, all! It's time for the Wednesday spread, and as I'm working with a new deck this week it's the Interview spread. I usually use a spread I found online; however, this deck comes with an interview spread in the LWB, so I thought I'd try that one this week! So let's have a chat with the Cosy Witch Tarot deck.
Describe yourself as a deck. 10 of Pentacles.
You're happy and contented and you want me to be happy and contented as well! You don't need the earth, just your bit of it, and you'll teach me to be happy with my bit of it.
What is your greatest strength? Queen of Pentacles.
You are steady and practical. No flights of fancy for you - you make a plan, you carry it out, boom, done. You'll be a great deck for career or life readings, things with practical, measurable outcomes.
What is your biggest vulnerability? Ace of Cups.
We always have a choice when it comes to new relationships, and you're a bit hesitant to go ahead. You prefer to hedge your bets and be cautious, and there's a place for that in the world. I'll keep it in mind as we work together.
What's a surprising fact about you? 3 of Pentacles.
You love working with other people! I can mix you with other decks and we'll get great results. You know that we rise by lifting each other and you're happy to teach and learn.
Where do you see this partnership going? 2 of Cups.
We're going to be great friends! This is literally the card of friendships that bring great rewards. Working with you will be a positive experience for both of us.
Describe how you see me as a practitioner. The Patient Witch (The Hanged Man)
You appreciate that I can see things from different angles and take the time to try to understand them.
What's your first piece of advice for me? The Hierophant.
Tradition is important, but it doesn't have to be the be all and end all. Tarot is a living, evolving discipline, and I can be part of that! It's very exciting.
We have two Majors, three Pentacles and two Cups! You're based more in emotion and effort than in logic or energy. Your reads will be fun and, as mentioned above, you'll be good at reads involving career or life.
