Welcome to the Wednesday spread! This spread comes from the LWB for this deck, so hopefully it will give us some good insight. I'm interpreting this blind - writing up each card before turning the next - and not thinking of any particular situation, so we'll see what comes out!
The Current Situation: Queen of Swords. We're in a period of calm, logical, intelligent decision making, thinking with our heads and not our hearts. Although we're aware of our emotions, they're not influencing us right now.
Past Things Impacting the Situation: Temperance. A lot of effort has gone into keeping things balanced and on an even keel. We've had to learn this, it's not something that comes naturally!
The Likely Future: Four of Swords. A restful, calm time. Recovery and recuperation, relaxing and enjoying ourselves after this busy period.
The Higher Objective: Ace of Wands. A burst of inspiration and creativity! This is going to be a fruitful period, full of fun.
Why this Situation is the way it is: The Wheel of Fortune. Life cycles as it was meant to, from one period to another. One period leads naturally into the next and should be enjoyed, not fought against.
This is quite a mixed reading, but notably there are no emotional cups or practical pentacles. It seems as though, after working hard at finding balance, we've mastered acting in a logical, calm way. After some rest, we'll be able to tackle the next project with power and passion, and roll with the punches of everyday life.
