A tarot deck based on the beloved 80s fantasy film? Inconceivable! (Ok, I had to make the joke once, it's in the rules.) Advertised as having high quality illustrations, I'm interested to see how the characters have been matched to cards and how good the illustrations are.

First Impressions
- Nice feel to the cards
- Images are very clear - I can tell who everyone is and several illustrations are plucked straight from specific scenes
- Illustrated Minors! That's rare in a fandom deck so I'm very excited.
First Draw
My first draw was the Two of Swords, featuring the battle of wits between Vizzini and the Man in Black. The Man in Black doesn't hesitate when faced with a choice; he duels, wrestles, and goes in against a Sicilian when death is on the line. Take a tip from him and make your decision!
Closing Thoughts
I'm really looking forward to working with this deck. It looks great, it feels good, and it feels like some real thought has gone into matching up the cards. I can't wait to see what insights it will bring me!
