First Draw

The first card drawn from this deck was

The Ten of Swords. Not a promising beginning to any deck! But this Ten does promise light after darkness, and I can see the sunrise in the artwork here. That's the way I'll approach the deck. 

Closing Thoughts

This looks like it's going to be an interesting deck to work with! Even just this one card is full of symbolism - the owl watching from a nearby tree, the dead flowers in the foreground. One card down, seventy eight to go, and I can't wait to dive in and learn more!
