Welcome to the Wednesday Spread! This week we're working with the Horror Tiny Tarot from Titan/Insight Editions. It felt like a good time of year to try this one out! I've done a couple of daily pulls, but today we're trying the interview spread to see how the deck feels about me.
Tell me about yourself — II of Pentacles
This deck is a partner in balance. It thrives in movement and change, helping me keep things steady when life’s shifting beneath my feet. It wants us to work as a team, flowing together through ups and downs rather than standing still.
What are your strengths? — Page of Wands
Enthusiastic, curious, and ready to leap into action. This deck brings sparks of inspiration and momentum. It excels at helping me explore possibilities, get excited about new ideas, and take steps forward. Nothing slows it down when there’s a new path to explore.
What are your limits? — VII of Swords
It refuses to be a spyglass. This deck isn’t meant to pry into other people’s lives or motivations. Its focus is squarely on me and my path, not anyone else’s. It may also call me out if I’m avoiding my own truths — no sneaking around my blind spots.
What are you here to teach me? — Wheel of Fortune
Life moves in cycles. There will be highs and lows, but neither lasts forever. This deck will help me navigate change, spot repeating patterns, and remember that luck and timing have their own rhythms. It will be a companion through the turning seasons of my life.
How can I best collaborate with you? — The Magician
Trust myself. All the tools I need are already within me. This deck will amplify my agency, not override it - a co-creator rather than a commander. If I bring my belief, intention, and focus, our partnership will flow effortlessly.
What is the potential outcome of our relationship? — The Emperor
Over time, this deck can become a cornerstone in my practice - one that offers structure, authority, and clear guidance. It will help me claim my power as a reader, grounding my insights into firm foundations.
✨ Overall Reflection:
Three Major Arcana cards (Wheel, Magician, Emperor) show that this deck has big lessons to offer. It’s not here just for light daily pulls - it’s ready to guide and challenge me over the long term.
The absence of Cups suggests this deck is not emotionally driven. Instead, it’s practical, structured, and forward-facing - ideal for work, plans, and cycles rather than emotional processing or relationship readings.
This is a deck of clarity, momentum, and co-creation - a lantern for the path ahead, not a diary of feelings.
